The Booking Flow, Step by Step
Step 1: Choose a Professional
When a client visits your booking page, they first see your team. Each staff member is shown with their name and photo. Clients can pick the person they want, or choose "Any Available" to book the first open slot with whoever is free.
Step 2: Select a Service
After choosing a professional, your client sees the list of services that person offers. Each service shows the name, duration, and price, so there are no surprises. If you have organized your services by category, clients can browse by group to find what they need quickly.
Step 3: Pick a Date and Time
Next, clients see a calendar showing available dates. When they tap a date, the available time slots appear below. Only open times are shown — if a slot is already booked or falls outside your business hours, it does not appear. This means no double bookings and no confusion.
Step 4: Enter Their Details
Your client enters their name, email address, phone number, and can add optional notes (like "running 5 minutes late" or "prefer the chair by the window"). That is all that is needed to complete the booking — no account creation required.
After the Booking Is Confirmed
As soon as your client submits their booking, several things happen automatically:
- Confirmation email — your client gets an immediate email with the appointment details: date, time, service, and staff member
- Calendar invite — the confirmation includes a calendar file they can add to their phone or computer calendar with one tap
- Manage link — the email includes a link to cancel or reschedule the appointment if their plans change
