How to Add a Booking Widget to Your Website

Let clients book directly from your website — no matter what platform you use.

Your Bookwize booking page works great on its own, but many business owners also want a "Book Now" button or full booking form right on their existing website. Bookwize gives you three easy ways to do this, and none of them require any special skills.

Where to Find Your Widget Options

Log in to your Bookwize dashboard and go to Settings, then click the Widget tab. You will find ready-to-use options that you can copy and paste into your website. Each option includes simple instructions.

Three Ways to Add Booking to Your Website

Option 1: Popup Button

This adds a "Book Now" button to your website. When a client clicks it, your full booking flow opens in a popup overlay — right on your site. This is the most popular option because it is easy to add and does not change your page layout.

Best for: navigation bars, headers, homepage hero sections, and anywhere you want a clean call-to-action button.

Option 2: Inline Embed

This embeds your entire booking form directly into your page. It appears as part of your website content, not as a popup. Clients can browse services, pick a time, and book — all without leaving the page they are on.

Best for: dedicated booking pages, service pages, or any page where you want the booking experience to feel fully integrated.

Option 3: Direct Link

The simplest option — just link directly to your booking page. Copy your unique booking page address and add it as a link anywhere on your site. When clients click, they are taken to your Bookwize booking page in a new tab.

Best for: quick setup, email signatures, social media profiles, and anywhere a simple link works.

You do not need a web designer or any special skills. Copy the snippet from your Settings page, paste it into your website, and your booking form is live.

How to Add It to Your Website Platform

The widget works with virtually any website builder or platform. Here is how to add it to the most popular ones:

WordPress

Edit the page where you want the booking widget. Switch to the text or HTML editor, paste the snippet, and save. If you use a page builder like Elementor or Divi, use their HTML block to add the snippet.

Squarespace

Add a Code Block to your page, paste the widget snippet, and apply changes. The booking form will appear right where you placed the block.

Wix

Use the Embed HTML element from the Wix editor. Paste the snippet into the element, adjust the size if needed, and publish your site.

Any Other Website

If you can edit the HTML of your website, you can add the Bookwize widget. Simply paste the snippet into the section of your page where you want the booking button or form to appear.

What Clients See

The embedded widget loads your complete booking flow — the same experience clients get on your standalone booking page. They can choose a staff member, select a service, pick a date and time, and enter their details. The entire booking process happens without leaving your website.

White-Label Branding

The widget uses your business name, logo, and service details. It looks and feels like a natural part of your website, not a third-party tool. Your clients see your branding throughout the booking experience.

Pro Tip: Share your booking link beyond your website too. Add it to your Instagram bio, your Google Business profile, print it on business cards as a QR code, or include it in email newsletters. Every place your clients can find you is an opportunity to accept a booking.

Beyond Your Website

Your booking link is not limited to your website. Here are more places to share it:
