By using Bookwize, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Bookwize is an online booking and business management platform for service businesses. We provide appointment scheduling, staff management, customer management, and payment processing tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or business per account.
The free trial lasts 14 days and includes limited features (1 staff member, 3 services, 10 bookings/month). After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. One-time purchases are non-refundable.
You own your business data (bookings, customers, staff). We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a license to host and process your data to provide the service.
You may not use Bookwize for illegal activities, spam, or to harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Bookwize is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed appointments, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
